Diese hochwertigen Achsen werden entweder aus sehr hochwertigem Werkzeug- bzw. Kugellagerstahl 100Cr6 oder aus Federstahl Sorte C hergestellt.
Wie finde ich die richtige Achslänge
Die Achslänge kann man relativ einfach ausrechnen. Je nachdem, ob die verwendeten Felgen die Verschraubung außen oder innen liegend haben geht das wie folgt:
1. außen liegende Verschraubung (Töpfchenfelgen)
Gewünschte Gesamtbreite der Achse mit Felgen minus 2 x Felgenbreite (ohne Schraubflansch) plus 2 mm. Eigentlich können Sie das "plus 2 mm" auch weglassen. Dann stehen aber die Achsenden ca. 1 mm innerhalb der Felge, was optisch nicht so gut aussieht.
2. innen liegende Verschraubung
Gewünschte Gesamtbreite der Achse mit Felgen minus 2 x Felgenbreite plus 10 mm.
